Mechanism of action of FTS-Salirasib is known and disclosed, but TLNnever publishednegativeresults of an experiment to prove it is notacting the sameway, whileone of the first experiment they did on 4601was to prove itwas not afarnesyl transferase inhibitor (FTSi). Whythey did not do thesame toprove it was not acting likeFTS-Salirasig??? Very good question.
