RE: GBM and 4601

RE: GBM and 4601
I am reviewing the data on 4601 and GBM (PI and Preclinical).

I now understand why unknown bidder is so eager on taking over this company before vital pivotal results PII GBM

That 4601 is custom made to fit perfectly with GBM cells; not only can one expect Progression free but Tumor reduction, we are talking about -70%.

Also, I have found that Recentin another GBM compound is the size of 450 Daltons. Recentin (an AstraZeneca drug) is in Phase III.
4601 is about 462 Daltons in size.
Delivery to the brain by passing BBB (blood brain barrier) is anything less than 500 Daltons.
Delivery risk is but theoritical at this point.

I am also reviewing the Bi-Par / Sanofi Deal... Sanofi paid 500 millions before publication of results by Bi-Par at ASCO...
