Thallion just got a life line.

Power struggle with Falardeau? Maybe... I don't know...
He is out now.
This is a 100% Caprion management.
No dissent is better, imo.

TLN need to release those GBM results and sell this company.
There is nothing else to do.

We are at 9 months, they have now solid internal data for GBM, enough to make a business call; go or no go.

They decided to make a "go".

Got the financing for it.

Sign a deal that does not exclude a later takeover.

There is enough scientifica data on 4601 to make a clinical choice to proceed with trial.

more R&D is just wasteful at this point.

I don't know why the market is freaking.
Looks like that Nat Sellet is the same Nat buyer that loaded up the stock one month before Premium deal (leak???).
Now he is dumping at a loss.
There is a host of new buyers willing to trade 1$ for a quarter.

I see more short term pain but long term gain.

Still nothing fundamentally wrong with this company.

End game for TLN would be :

1) running out of cash ( that's out of the picture now)
2) clinical failures (well we are at the 9th month and going to 10th month of testing; failure would have been known by now..)

Thallion has 4 cards left to play (after playing tax losse card (which I talked about back in Jan/Feb posts)

- Caprion stake 20%
- 4601
- 232
- Shigamabs.

This game is far from over.
