4601 has a broad spectrum on efficacy on many cancer type and many genotype. (You know that)
It's virtually impossible that TLN can't narrow it down to a at least 1 sub-group if not many. (You know that)

Trial interruption was within protocol and gives them the opportunity to reshift the 2nd cohort on one or 2 or 3 subgroup.
