In a license agreement with Sunol Molecular Corporation, the Company is committed to making
certain contingent future payments with a potential aggregate value of US$11.5 milion based on
the successful achievement of specific milestones relating to the Shigamabs® development
program. Future royalty payments based on net sales may also be required. As at August 31,
2008, the Company has not made any payments relating to these future milestones or royalties.
From what I am reading TLN capped the milestone payments to 11.5 millions USD? As for royalty, the word MAY is written. What percentage it will be? I hope that TLN remember it!!!
