If not, you'd think someone at Theralase world headquarters would have thunk it up. What would be the major aspects of a device submission? I gathert that it would have to be something like, one, "it works". Secondly, since it enters the body, it must safely do so without either harming the body or taking with it unwanted pathogens. It's an oversight that is hard to understand.
