Lets be frank
The only other trial with pdt was 20 years ago and 'failed safety' because of scarring to the human bladder rendering it 'non-functional'
Now deductive logic time.
If youre in a phase 1 trial... administer the drug. turn the light on, flush the bladder out
*wake the patent up*
He gives a urine sample, (you do whatever scans, tests)
The ability to use your bladder.. i am guessing, is a strong indicator that the muscle cells are not scarred and you have a functioning bladder.
hmmmmmmmmmm so while it's 6 months for the patietns and 12 months from the last treated patient with (3 months followups) 18 months to the 'very last patient' is right.. how many times do you go to the bathroom a day...
It wont be hard to see if this 'works' and assign value...... i think the pps moves in the postiive direction.
LOL, the patient will know, the doctors will know, the nurses will know, family members and close friends will know and it will get out. I don't think Roger will announce anything until the first three patients have been treated and tested for a period of time. If they treat in January, we could hear something in April that says "the first three patients with low dose have been treated and monitored. We are now proceeding with the treatment of three more patients but at a higher dose". That will give us clues, however, I think we'll get clues before that by word of mouth/social media etc... Theralase will not sue the patient for telling people that he or she is cancer free or feeling much better.
