I recall in the first three candidates treated that one patient had some discoloring of the bladder and the doctors were not sure why.
Since doctors have a “first do no harm mentality” I think they only treated one patient with the therapeutic dose purposefully, hence why we haven’t had PR’s for others.
The doctors are not in a hurry to make shareholders happy, but rather slow and methodical, to keep human beings out of harms way.
If my assumption is correct, then they are waiting to enroll other 5 after they can verify #4 has tolerated the therapeutic dose.
Completion of this clinical trial may not happening into mid 2018 or later.
