This has probably been queried before, but has anyone asked if it is possible to check that cancer has spread to the upper urinary tract, if so I wonder why it was not done before proceeding with these patients. Is it possible that as these patients that qualify for our procedure have a cancer that is so far advanced that a spread to the upper tract is inevitable, next stop kidneys? Excuse the laymans language and question.
