Theralase Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based clinical-stage pharmaceutical company. The Company is engaged in the research and development of light activated compounds and their associated drug formulations. The Company operates through two divisions: Anti-Cancer Therapy (ACT) and Cool Laser Therapy (CLT). The technology has been used off-label for healing numerous nerve, muscle and joint conditions. The Company develops products both internally and using the assistance of specialist external resources.

Will the money deal with a partner come before P9 gets treated or after ? I thought it was going to happen 3 months ago so I'll say before P9 gets treated . I am sure TLD-1433 is safe , so do the doctors and TLT IMO . So you tell your potential partner : " Our compound is safe ,do you want to join us in a multi centre Ph2 ....if not we have somebody else on speed dial " .
