RE:OSC investigation prevented a pp to happen before todayIMO the OSC is inefficient and , it seems , powerless at times . The venture exchange is a prime example were some players have been manipulating and fleecing people's savings for decades . Some of these practitioners are know but just continue from company to company to wash and repeat , pump and dump on a regular basis without being reprimanded . I still don't understand what happened to RW but if it's only the fact that he over promised and under delivered then the verdict was excessive . Heck over promising is done everywhere in govt , public and private corporation . Having said that if somebody is running a company for many , many years without showing increased revenues and/or profitability there is nothing wrong with a change at the helm .
