RE:As it's Written S-204 .....................................If this bill passes it will obviously give some patients some options for survival they never had before. But extreme care must be taken by TLT if (and it's a big if) it chooses to make its treatment available for this sort of thing. They are at a very delicate point in their approval and may not want (or be able to - $$ and personnel) to divert their energies and risk not following through on every meticulous step of the process. I for one would rather see them stay the course and get full, regular approval that would lead to their being approved in the suite of cancers they have on deck and ultimately help many more people in the long run. If patients seeking TLT's treatment can be included in the Phase 2, then that's icing on the gravy. I guess we'll see...
