TLT has acknowledged that the addition of as many as 115M shares (including warrants) creates more liquidity. A reverse split, by definition, would considerably restrain liquidity.

Stock consolidations rarely, if ever, work.

IMHO, the company can grow the price organically without the need for a reverse split.

And forget the NASDAQ for now. The first order of business is to uplist to the TSX, according to TLT's CFO.

Only fools would advocate a reverse split at this point.
