RE:RE:RE:RE: Why so largeWell if the terms of the p.p are any indication...they would no doubt have been really raped on any joint venture attempt in the very recent past..I guess at least we still maintain full ownership..That said I certainly would not be against a "proper" jv in the near future when they are not so desperate for funds...
