As I have posted on another board, all this talk about greedy management is ridiculous and pathetic.

Till a few months ago, most of the board members had neglegible shares or options. It is only now at this crucial time and after the succesful completion of Phase I, that they now awarded the board and employees with this higher number of options as most companies do and would have done.

The fact that Roger takes a piece of what he has created over 20 years is logical. If each of us is honest, we would have done it exactly the same way. Create a potential cure over 20 years and then give the rewards to someone else..seriously! Get real....those of you saints can gladly provide a public pledge that you will donate all the profits from your Theralase investments to charity.

All these premature conclusions all not very well timed and uterly juvenile. Company has achieved one of the best results (if not the best) in a trial in recent cancer treatment history. They have nothing to hide from and have more than enough justification for their recent actions.

You have made up your minds today that management is useless....well how ridiculous will you all look when in one years time we have good results, possibly FDA fast track and a higher share price....I will remind each of you with pleasure about your posts.

Yes, everybody would have liked a financing with 50 cents. Those that use their brain a bit, know that Theralase would have never obtained 17 mio that way. Afterwards you would be complaining the same way about managment failing a financing with only a few mio and so on....company would not be able to proceed with the trial, since there is not enough cash available. The primary focus of the company is to expedite the trial and bring it to market asap, not pleasing every single shareholder. The sooner you realize that the better.

Now , grow up and wait for the results.

You dont judge a team/coach in a middle of a game, you do it at the end! The grownups will judge Roger and the management  in 1-2 years when the time is right to verify if their performance is inline with the achievements of the company.
