Apart from the 4 improvements they brought, could this have something to do with the TLC-3200 collecting data on patients, so they can adjust, overtime, on a continuous basis??  Like a learning machine, AI, ...   

There was supposed to have something like that with the therapeutic laser (TLC-2000), if I can recall, so patients could benefit from data collected on previous treatments overtime, for the same condition being treated.
