The real issue I believe, is how they structure a license agreement with RPCCC/Lumeda. It really appears that all RPCCC/Lumeda needs it a supply of 1433 which TLT owns and controls.
Licensing can be regional, with per use royalties, and it can be indication specific where use beyond NSCLC (let' say) would require a new license.
There can be hefty upfront licensing fees with annual renewals...
Licenses are negotible but the owner has the real control.
My hope is that they have a very good licensing lawyer with the bono fides to back it up.
