Yes doubtless plenty of goodwill from the enrolees but if it is the Regulators or Investigators who refuse to appropriately re-treat and if this leaves the Company open to claims of contributory or vicarious liability as a result then TLT must consider at that instance commencing prodeedings against whoever it is that makes that call - and indeed their insurers may insist that they do so.
