My understanding of strict liability and negligence is based upon training as a Surveyor where it`s an important factor but suspect that you may be a Lawyer yourself or have more knowledge of the basis upon whch Clinical Trials are undertaken - or maybe both.
In any event happy to bow to what is evidently your superior - and more economically expressed - knowledge.
On the basis of what you say the stock looks to be very keenly priced atm.
