I think we should sue them anyway. If the company will waste a bunch of money to sue a few anonymous message board posters (who they'll never get a penny from) why not go after a company using the exact same laser technology they are? Maybe force them into a merger or be their vehicle for going public?

Steriwave....fancy term for using a basic photosensitizer (a non-proprietary "unoriginal" blue dye...methylene blue, which has other medical applications & been around forever) with basic PDT. Our unique proprietary PS & measured PDT will no doubt be proven to be superior for this indication ultimately imo. They're going to wish they were us...not worried at all.
