Removal Experience leaves me with the belief that the executive change is the result of input from clients/partners who experienced difficulty dealing with the now departed CEO and his team.
The science impressed them but management did not. Frustration became extreme and finally was deemed credible by the BOD.
The absence of strong leadership is hardly a new topic here and hopefully is to be soon.rectified.
This happening in combination with impressive treatment reports is an encouraging prospect and long overdue.
