My guess is that we have about 3M in cash...when do we "top up" CV19 has stunted the "spend" for many clinical stage bios...as mentioned below, when we "ramp up" I think we burn more - IMHO ...as mentioned previously you don't roll into Vegas or Besthesda on "fume$"

I do not know the company well enough to comment on where the price will go and that is a "mugs game"... I know the TLT bulboard well enough to understand the current message being sent to readers and the amount of willing sellers is not matching the message.
