RE:3M chart = higher highs, higher lowsHave to agree this technical data trend often times does not mean alot, we talked charts before, but it is nice to get to buy rating, still firmly believe we see SP increase when and only when we get AA or buyout or JV, not till then IMO, seen this go to .39 and back down below .18,too much manipulation in this exchange, until they fix that, our type of stock gets battered unfortunately. But we longs all hang tight because of the science behind this is a game changer and until we get the crazy share volume we need, not much happening
