RE:RE:RE:Adstiladrin has BlockBuster Potential...Theralase also brings its IP to the table. It's unproven, as they have not had the resources to run trials for more cancer indications, but there is the potential for many effective cancer treatments for many kinds of cancer. If systemic instillation along with X-ray activation can be made to work who knows how many kinds of cancer can be treated?

Plus there are other photosenstizers that Dr. McFarland has been working on for years. One of them is far more powerful than TLD1433. One of them has been especially designed to effectively treat melanoma. One is extremely effective in low oxygen environments. One of them has been designed to work with a nano molecule to make X-ray activation more effective. If only Theralase had money for research a whole world of cancer treatments could open up. What would all this unproven potential be worth in a buyout?

They've also been in business for 70 years. They had the global infrastructure in place. The 500 million is for a piece of the action. At 160k-260k a treatment they have a huge revenue potential. They had the product AND the infrastructure to negotiate that deal. Theralase does not have that same footprint. They do however have a great product. When approved they will be bought IMO. A JV makes no sense to me. At this stage of the game big pharma would want to control everything. When it's approved what does Theralase bring to the table other than a great product. Not downplaying the amazing job Theralase has done on a shoestring budget. Price will be a product of efficacy, ease of manufacturing and safety. Theralase seems to be hitting home runs on all three.
