Theralase Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based clinical-stage pharmaceutical company. The Company is engaged in the research and development of light activated compounds and their associated drug formulations. The Company operates through two divisions: Anti-Cancer Therapy (ACT) and Cool Laser Therapy (CLT). The Anti-Cancer Therapy division develops patented, and patent pending drugs, called Photo Dynamic Compounds (PDCs) and activates them with patent pending laser technology to destroy specifically targeted cancers, bacteria and viruses. The CLT division is responsible for the Company’s medical laser business. The Cool Laser Therapy division designs, develops, manufactures and markets super-pulsed laser technology indicated for the healing of chronic knee pain. The technology has been used off-label for healing numerous nerve, muscle and joint conditions. The Company develops products both internally and using the assistance of specialist external resources.

Yes all very much forward looking, like BTD is just a matter of time. I would really like to get the GI Joe with the Kung Fu grip this christmas.

Also, from a trading perspective I have no problem whatsoever with the stock being at this level until BTD is granted. If it were to inch up a little fine but stocks like this are more likely to spike on the news unless there are leaks. The only sign I would look for is if the larger seller(s) disappear and don't come back for a change. That's why I'm not worried about lack of buying right now, why would you when they are out there?

We've seen 4 NR's in the last 2 weeks which to me is building up to more impressive news as Theralase approaches the status of being a very soon to be approved Cancer treatment competitor.
