They have not used Ruvidar in humans SYSTEMICALLY that I'm aware. Bladder instillation is not really in the same category as not going in blood and throughout the whole body.

The current work that they mention in getting ready for a human trial is testing it on animals in various ways.

One reason I'm a huge fan of Rutherrin is that the mechanism would be the same in humans and human cancers. Cancer cells love iron and take it up avidly and hold on to it way more than regular cells. Rutherrin uses that as a way to get into cancer cells preferentially. Once inside, activate! Nothing about this would be different in mice vs humans.

Does that help? My area deal only with thyroid cancer which is different that most cancers so I don't claim to be an expert. Just a lowly research assistant in thyroid cancer trials.

Yes, that's great and thank you. Ruvidar would go in the blood, go throughout the whole body and the mechanism would be the same in humans and human cancers. Thanks again !!!
