This just my speculation------
That patient 1--in PH2---was treated on Sept 04 2019---so that patient would have been the only 1 that was 6 month along-(180) days---so I'm guessing that the Doc's would like to know the results of a second treatment of that patient---so they just got that patient in before covid-19 suspension was put on---180 days for that patient would have been on march 04---does anyone know what day in march the treatment took place----sept 04 will be a full year for that person.

Great points Impala! It would be nice to hear any of this. Eh? I want to be surprised but... We will see. Has Roger continued to not buy after his unbroken streak? That would appear to be a tell if so. Maybe.... Tealeaf reading. I prefer press release though said the mushroom. :-)
