Covid count scandle?

It seems labs in the Southern United States are counting positive cases more than once and strangely omit recording any negative results.  For example, investigations have found if you are tested for 15 days in a row and found to be positive each day; it has been recorded as fifteen new cases. Hmm..this might help to understand an increase in positive case. How much of an increase is anyone's guess.
And the latest scientific data shows that masks do very little in helping to control the virus.

Like in FLA? For example, state data showed that Orlando Health, a local hospital, had a 98% COVID-19 positivity rate. But when WOFL reached out to the hospital, hospital officials said their positivity rate is only 9.4%.  State reports also claimed Orlando VA Medical Center had a positivity rate of 76% — but the hospital told WOFL its positivity rate is only 6%.

Im 60+ and never missed a beat with work or going to stores .. dont wear a mask but I do wash hands lots and keep my distance. I am exposed to different (many)customers on a daily basis. Havent missed a beat refuse to give into fear but am smart about it.

33% in Miami are testing positive. 25% in Texas. Why bother testing then? Just assume you have it, continue practicing the safety protocols we've learnt for 4 months, stay away from seniors, and just go get tested if you have XYZ symptoms. N95 offers you protection when dealing with COVID patients. They should be reserved for those that are dealing dielrectly with high risknpopularions( health care and other front line workers). Simple face masks offer just a muffle effect on droplet transmission. It won't protect you from getting covid unless others are wearing them.
