Puzzled as to the weakness of the stock right now as irrespective of NMIBC there should be strong hope value in the pre-clinical progress of TLD-1433 in NSCLC at Roswell Park and Rutherrin for GBM in Toronto. 

 

Might this have to do with the IP ownership of Sherri`s super compounds as referred to in the ann below?

We are left guessing but the volume of selling at this low price - below the level at which warrants retained from the last raise would give a profit - is unsettling and the current silence reminiscent of the long pause in the middle of Phase 1B which we were only later told co-incided with a need to re-calibrate the treatment.

 

Shareholders deserve an update - good or bad - and it is a pathetic excuse to hide behind Covid as a reason not to provide one.

Covid aside ! Mgt has lost the trust of many investors. Why buy at all ? These warrants on sale have kneecaped this stock. There financial moves have been nothing short of disastrous, Is the current CEO this bad ? Or is the Engineering department running the show ?

The " ELECTRIC ENGINEERING " dept has been running the show from day one . That dept should of engineered a Ph1b in the USA in 2015 and we would not be sitting at 20 cents a share with extreme dilution IMO . Happy Friday

  Hmm, I don't see enuf volume on the warrant side to 'warrant' them as a cause. I think it could have been some sizeable stops just under .20c got run by the MMs yesterday so that some lucky investor could get their price. I mean someone got a great deal yesterday. Lots of shares traded.

Well, any questions regarding IP ownership is right in the article. Theralase has an agreement with Dr. McFarland on these supercompounds.

Hi Quattro - yes that is implied by what the TLT men suggest but didn`t mysef see a specific reference to TLT having any IP entitlement to the supercompounds and it`s possible that Sherri may have been working out of the States at the time.

Ok, yeah. I'd rather not have to 'read the tea leaves' myself. I'd love a nailed down PR on this too.

That`s the way it`s always been with these but that supercompound ann was something else - like the best thing that`s ever been discovered but then not a word on it here or anywhere else ever since.

I've mentioned this before, just because these compounds are 10,000x better than 1433/Rutherrin does not mean they will be as practaca(b)l(e) in the clinical setting. 1433 seems to be particularly well suited to using in humans ATM. Who knows where they are in the lab with these Super Compounds? I'm betting they were looking at test tube info for that PR.
