Ok.... this is weak media fluff... regulators, do not and will not enforce, until legal action is taken... This is why companies around the world list in Canada, and especially the VSE.... no teeth, no active/effective regulators, and no consequence, but a warning...  shorting is a play that too much money is made. The release is worth nothing...

I believe you. These complaints have been ongoing for years.  Until consequences outweigh the shorting gains TSX v will remain as the laughing stock exchange into the foreseeable future.  IMO
