Pandora...apologies for a rather flippant response...If anything I am pleased that the trademark application bespeaks the company’s ongoing confidence in what it possesses...I pray that their strategy going forward will be timely and effective. Best to you. John

No problem John, I have been around these boards long enough that everything just rolls off. Besides I did not recognize it as flippant -- I thought it was just you saying you had no clue! :-)) I'll try to keep a closer eye on flippant.

Interesting that these trademark applications files immediately prior to the AGM. Expect we'll see these embedded in the AGM corporate deck in some fashion. Hopefully they'll soon share some additional&promising patient data as well.

I also took Enriquesuave's investigative reporting as a positive. I still expect the quarterly report sometime in the second half of July but we should get something at or before the AGM.

Also taking this trademark as a positive. In securing ’Destroying cancer at the speed of light’  as their logo (and an excellent one) and since likely confined to the use of TLD1433/Rutherrin atm the logical conclusion is that Rutherrin is destroying cancer at the speed of light - and this is actually something that they’ve been telling us in a succession of Quarterlies.   If they

Upon further reflection (after a first cup of morning coffee) I am finding the company’s descriptive words to define itself remarkably powerful: ”Destroying Cancer”...not minimizing, reducing or managing but actual and definitive destruction ”At The Speed Of Light”....instantly ”One Patient At A Time”...individual and personalized treatment and therapy. Impressive claims, indeed! John

  Interesting "timing" for sure...quote has been around a while & just now they file for a trademark?  Something just tipped the balance....perhaps strong(er) data.  Such a company/treatment identifier speaks volumes about their confidence in this form of ACT moving forward.  Thanks for that tidbit enrique...

Or.... they don't have much else going on and saved that to get a slightly happier crowd at the agm. But let's hope it won't be a boring event.

That seems a little cynical Oilminer, I think they proved 2 years ago with the financing that they don't care about going into the AGM with window dressing to keep it upbeat. I think they are about plodding ahead, doing what they have to do and personally I like that.
