Near term impact on price
Am I correct that the buyers of this new block of shares won't be able to sell for 4 months like the previous PP that was just announced. If so then it doesn't great new shares that will suddenly appear on the market. I guess it takes away some of the incentive for people to buy at current price as they can get some of these new shares plus a warrant.
Am I correct that people think it won't change too much and the price will hang out around the current level for a while till the next clinical trial announcement of some kind?
I like that it will give RDW enough cash that if he start some JV negotiation it won't be from an apparent position of desparation and low cash.
Thoughts?

I think this is already priced in. No one is selling. If you aren't already in on this deal then you have to buy at market. The market is priced higher than the PP... Very nice, IMO.

DJ, I am so sure that we are negotiating from a position of weakness or out of desperation for cash flow. I am not agains the current PP. I wish the timing for the second PP had been phased out ove a 6 month time line. Ideally, after announcing the BTD application at a much higher price for both the shares and the warrants.

Well heck, they need the money now to pay for GLP and the continuing Trial. Covid 19 chopped off about a years worth of finance $$, IMO. They did appear to keep this as small as possible. And the market could be back up in the .30s/.40s soon... :-) Not pushed by news even, just someone wanting a decent position...

The time to do a financing is when there are buyers willing to invest. Now is a very good time to lock in some more money. GLTA.
