Perhaps this is an oversimplified and obvious point but I always thought since a few different Chinese scientists/Oncologists have given 1433 positive press, it would only make sense for Li Ka Shing to make a big move. Either by funding or an outright buyout it always stood to reason he could take this and literally change the oncology landscape rather quickly. He has the money and he has a Chinese pharmaceutical engine ready to roar in place correct? What's he waiting for? Seems like the perfect marriage and the bride already lives under his roof. Thoughts?

Interesting post. I forgot about Shing. I vaguely recall about a decade ago someone on the board commented that there was then two big pharma watching TLT.  I wonder how many are lusting now?

  I think a grant from Li Ka Shing & other sources has a better chance of being realized post BTD.  Although it appears China/Asia has a strong research/clinical interest in PDT, I'm personally not keen on any form of buyout/partnership deal with a foreign company, especially one that does not have an established/successful history of doing business in the U.S.  It would
