HG NMIBC & CIS HG NMIBC...?????

In the last Swimmer Plot TLT said "Red Dot = HG NMIBC".
At the next AGM we should ask TLT to clarify if the red dot are true HG NMIBC or Non-Response patients.

If you google HG NMIBC & CIS HG NMIBC, you will realize that there is a huge difference between a HG NMIBC and a CIS HG NMIBC patient.
- A HG NMIBC patient is not in imminent danger of losing his(her) bladder, and can be treated with BCG.
-A CIS HG NMIBC patient is in imminent danger of losing his(her) bladder, and is untreatable( for now).

All TLT patients are CIS HG NMIBC, they are all in danger of losing their bladder.
Could it be possible that after TLT treatment these CIS HG NMIBC patients did reverse back to being simply a HG NMIBC patient(no CIS)?
A HG NMIBC patient is simply a patient that is not cured, but he is not in imminent danger of losing his bladder( unlike a CIS HG NMIBC patient).
Or could it be that the term HG NMIBC in the last Swimmer Plot is a typo error? It is the third Swimmer Plot were TLT use the term HG NMIBC(without CIS), there is a big chance that it is not a typo error.

In the last Swimmer Plot at 450 days...
25 patients are HG NMIBC( they still have their bladder) .
11 patients are CR.
  1 patient is  IR.
Total 37 patients.
Note: In the May 10,2023 PressRelease, TLT said" The goal of therapy in patients with BCG-Unresponsive NMIBC is to avoid cystectomy".

The reason TLT should clarify this situation is, if these patients are true HG NMIBC ( not Non Response patients) it does change the dynamic of a Big Pharma deal, a Big Pharma would have to pay very very big money for a treatment were 100% of patients treated still have their bladder at 450 days(and counting).

Thanks Wild. That is a very interesting concept. Way above may pay grade but I do partially understand. It is my limited understanding that the only patients eligible for the study now would be the CIS ones. That may be very limiting to enrollment but if you are correct yes it is major if we can drop them down a notch.  I'm sure that if you called the company with an intelligent question

How big is the CIS HG NMIBC in North America?  If TLT only captures 10% of that market initially what would the financial bottom line be to TLT?  Will Ruvidar also be suitable for the NMIBC market?

I would think that NRs, conference posters and the  AUA interview would have been pulpits to shout out this message, if tumors went from HG with CIS to "just" HG.   Strange that they haven't called this out, if true. 100% safe, 100% downgrade from CIS for all responders and a 30% CR at 450D would be a no brainer to approve.

Furthermore.......IF there is another raise , and IF Management participates heavily, I will probably offer a package deal for my dog , my home and my wife to speed things up in order to raise more cash for the forementioned purchase. However I am still not convinced that there will be another raise. I keep getting this funny feeling that a deal is already in the works.
