If my memory is correct I believe there is Two to Six Week span from receiving the BTD application by the FDA for approval (highly likely) or rejection (highly unlikely). If BTD application was sent this week that would give us anywhere from last week of July to mid August.

Thanks 012009I didn't look it up and thats why I said if memory is correct. So anytime from two weeks to first week of September. Chances are good with them corresponding in the past with FDA that we won't have to go the full time length of 60 days.

  Roger also said BTD could be days away. We could have a halt in half an hour. Whenever it happens I'm sure we won't be at .29 for long, maybe they'll let it run to .49 for us longs.

No, he did not say that. He said they were days away from sending the pre-btd letter to the FDA. If they receive a positive response to that letter, then they will proceed with the formal application for BTD. I hope that we see the application sent off before September. From there the FDA has (I believe) 60 days to respond. We should get our answer by November at the latest imo. Just call Roger

Hi Jim, As we all have seen, Roger is very reserved in his presentation and analysis when discussing TLT.  That being said,  in my opinion he is VERY optimistic about our chances for BTD and AA. As well, both he and Krisina have spoken loudly with their own money with the recent and  significant investments in the last two PP's.

I agree he is being as conservative as possible by saying full commercialization in '25-'26 but the small PP says they expect some positive developments sooner, much sooner, than that.

AA is still on track, IMO. Still in the latest Sedar docs, and RW did mention it at the end of the recent radio interview.

Golly socksnblonds642 when jaro1977 posted what responses were given at the AGM he posted a list of which one read An attendee asked if BTD application was weeks or months or years away and Roger answered “it could be days away”.  I’m not sure if he really meant as in the next few days but it could be. Why didn't you or others that were also there correct it to pre-BTD, that

.49 will be nice to see on paper....certainly we all deserve some green numbers.  But I'm not selling at any .49.  Need some decimal moves before I sell and yes I'm happy to ride the rough seas as we get there.
