Yes thinking it through some more, a more accurate statement might be they other party would get more favorable terms if TLT does not have the financial stability the exercise of those warrants would provide.

I think a possible reason for the latest news release was to manage expectations for the timeline of BTD. And good for them for doing it. But back to the subject of this string; does anyone know if it is possible to extend tradable warrants? Good Luck All, Fred

Even if these warrants can be extended, would the company want to? Most of these warrants are held by outsiders. It seems to me most of the other warrant extensions were those held by insiders?

Rumpl3StiltSkin honestly at this point in time I can't see any problem with warrants, these warrants are as solid as are the shares. BTD approval is in my opinion about to occur no doubts and no apprehension. In addition one can't make changes to a clinical trial already in progress, use of a different trigger device in my understanding would have to be done in a new trial. Please correct me if wrong.

If the tradeable warrants don't get exercised I can see them getting extended for another year until Aug 2025.   With BTD so near, I can see TLT backers continuing to finance TLT through private pp's until the share price reaches the height at which warrants do get exercised.  GLTA.

There is always an expiry date for warrants when they are issued. Not a time limit. Thus the company then has to ask the regulators for an extension or they expire.

The warrants that are being discussed are the ones that will exp.Aug 22, 2024. They have never been extended

These will get exercised. Between now and Aug 22 2024 there will be a BTD and an AA. So TLT will likely be above a $1 at some point. They'll get exercised or traded...
