Anyone have any ideas on how much longer before they get AA 
BUT we are probably just guessing??

My inderstanding is that first they need to apply for BTD and that starts the 60 day (or less) clock within which the FDA needs to respond. Assuning BTD granted, then AA could be granted shortly after, ar maybe at the same time ....not sure of the process for the FDA granting AA. Then it's party time for longs!!

If I understand correctly, AA could come fast but it can also take a very long time. If the treatment in question is best in class, like ours, one can at least hope the process is faster.
