Would you guys put Money in this next Round of PP

.35 cents? Is that all you want? Most are in this stock for $$.  Let them do their testing and prove the technology.  Patience required else you are in the wrong stock.

I think the small PPs continue until they get BTD. Unfortunately those who know this are holding it down and the stock price has no real correlation to it's ultimate value. So it all depends on what they raise and for how long and then when they get BTD. Hopefully pre-BTD is resubmitted soon. I do think that BTD is worth much more than 35 - 40 cents.

Why is everyone taking for granted another PP before BTD? In the corporate deck prepared for the last raise it was clearly stated for the grant of BTD in Q1. The raise gave us oxigen for at least one more Q. I feel the sentiment is being driven down. And I am a believer in the contrary sentiment law...

You've missed it, but at least one poster in the last few days  has said that Roger has invited them to participate in the current pp.  I'm going to guess this pp raises less than $700,000, so onwards to the next pp in March.   I'm constantly shocked that nobody with really deep pockets is onboard with TLT.  GLTA.

Shoestring budgets don't work to good in biotech .Pdt is not that sexy compared to other treatments.According to data what we are presented it looks  pretty potent.

Hasn't been announced.  A poster could also say they've heard about a 23B buyout and Roger told them so.  Until.the company announces it, on an anonymous bull board.....it's speculation until proven otherwise.

I also read that Perraton is scheduling zoom calls to answer investor questions.  If that is true and I receive that email I'd think that the company is about to switch off the lights.

I would take the other side of that bet, this pp, if there is one, will raise more than $700,000.  BTD in first quarter and AA quickly thereafter. Assuming big pharma isn't manipulating the FDA with regard to Theralase, then the FDA just wants to make sure the CR rates are legitimate before granting BTD and probably AA.  The FDA doesn't want to be embarrased granting AA and then

PS, A few months back someone or two mentioned Goliath Resources (GOT.v).  I just want to say thanks.  I took a look at it and bought some.  Already up 20% and looks to me like it will eventually be a 5 or 10 bagger even if the price of gold doesn't go up.  Rob McEwen just bought 5% as well.

For approximately 20 months before the previous PP back in October/November, which damaged the share price, TLT traded between 23 and 47 cents. There’s approximately 75 million warrants outstanding with a strike price of 35 cents. Another way of raising funds, assuming TLT gets to around 35 cents (say an act of God). The Board Directors could lower the strike to say 25 cents with the previso that

This $1.2 million should see us through BTD and probably AA considering the stellar CR to date..  Like I mentioned previously, see below,   Puts TLT in to a much stronger bargaining position for JV negotiations.  No more hat in hand begging for funding.

Almost there!  BTD expected 2nd Quarter!  2-4 months IMHO Hopefully a path to AA as well.

Pretty positive stuff there, especially the fact that insiders are taking a substantial chunk of the pp . I actually didn't realize they were doing a pp.

I am curious as to the breakdown of which insiders participated. It's pretty much a given that Roger is in there but it would be encouraging to see others participate as well
