From when we heard about this to when it has been closed was way tighter than any of the last ones. Hopes it means that the money wasn't as hard to find or that RdW has found new buyers.

If you take the finder warrants and divide by 7% you get just under 60k units. Multiply by .18 and you get about $10,800 of potential "new" money. Yes there could be other new investors that a finders fee was not paid on but this might be a simplistic way of determining the "new" money.

Well hopefully this gets us past BTD and we start to see SP increase once that news is announced, which could be ticket for future JVs or other types of more solid financing
