I'm pretty sure that those warrants can't be extended. The maximum length for warrants I believe is 5 years & they were 5 years to start.  It's puzzling really if the company hopes to get them exercised for the cash or not but what if they have a bigger deal around the corner with less dilution?  Interesting situation

The warrants can not be extended. Five years is the max. The plan is to get BTD before hand in hopes the share price rises and the warrants are exercised

Well, I checked, and you're right.  The OSC has warrants capped at 5 years, so no extension is possible.  That sure doesn't leave much hope for them being exercised, imo...
