I am not a fan of this move as J R has stated in the past that Silver Hill was just too big for TM to develop on its own. Now with another land package that is 14 times the size of Silver Hill, I have to wonder what their thinking is. TM indicated that they were going to increase their land package around Silver Hill because of the good results that were found on the edge of their property. So far, there is no indication that they have been succesful in increasing Silver Hill. It seems to me that they were given a consolation prize of a large parcel of moose pasture, Morrocan styel.
