Jonath, You must know that the number of shares for sale under .10 is many times higher than 1.4 million.
As witnessed several times whenever an ask is taken out many more shares appear.
What you see is not what is truly available. Many shares are sitting on the sidelines waiting for a larger bid to sell into.
Just 2 days ago we saw over 600k get taken out without any move in the share price. This clearly demonstrates my point. If you want to test this put up a bid at .06 of a million shares. It'll probably be filled by Wednesday or Thursday next week
If I had to guess, 5 million shares would need to trade to get the share price to the .10 range.
This would of course change with further contract announcements like the one yesterday. One more like that it would be an instant climb over .10.
