John Kelly,
William Crossland,
James Ansell,
Michael Williams and
Donald Gibbs.
Mr. Gibbs is the President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of AirIQ Inc., a TSX Venture Exchange listed company specializing in telematics services. He has a long history with Canadian technology companies, staring his career with Leigh Instruments and then moving to Mitel Corporation for eight years as its CFO and COO. During this period Mitel was listed as a public company, was active on several stock exchanges, and grew in sales revenue to $250 million. Later Mr. Gibbs was appointed CFO of Cognos Inc. and held that position at the time of Cognos' initial public offering. This was followed by a position as President and CEO of Gandalf Systems Inc. He later founded Positron Fibre Systems Corporation by spinning it out of a private Montreal company. In three years Positron Fibre Systems went public on NASDAQ and was sold for US$250 million. Prior to joining AirIQ, Mr. Gibbs was Chairman and CEO of Tarquin Group Inc., a TSX Venture Exchange listed company.
