No, I don't think so. An opportunity would be if the company were signing contracts, regularily and a larger shareholder dumped simply to move onto something else and you were lucky enough to have a low ball offer in place and it got filled.
So get your low ball bids in place, that is the oppurtunity before you.
Buying shares while the price is retreating is a dangerous game as no one knows where the bottom is.
I'd rather chase a stock on the heals of positive nr's than gamble on this being about as low as it can possibly go.
This isn't complicated, they sign contracts = share price goes up. Don't sign contracts = price goes down.
Right now it's in down mode.
