RE:OKay......here is the question for which I lack an answer...Easy one first: in terms of insiders buying for their own account, I don't believe there is any requirement in terms of waiting for someone to hit their bid or going and hitting the ask. The key is transparency through diligent filing. There are some parameters around those i.e. jurisdictions dictating how many days they have to file their transactions.
