New investors aren't interested in buying.
The company obviously doesn't care to buy at 7.5, directors/management can't right now but have had ample time and opportunity so that message is obvious as well. 'Give us free shares and options but don't expect us to invest our hard earned money'.
Should this week and next prove to be contractless, there is again the question of will they ever gain momentum and be able to capitalize on it. 2-3 wins with months of nothing are worthless. Simply keeps the lights on, nothing for shareholders.
