RE:RE:I have been reading the documents..Good read, but seems to offer significant benefits to departing members of the board. I would rater see the options granted 'as a goal', like at 30 cent SP the options are granted .... This would imply that 30 cents is an initial starting point for the SP.
TEI has been in the 5-10 cent renge too long AND goes higher into the 20s then a sales gap allows a drop back into the 5-10 cent range again (about 4 times).
This year the market climate is more diverse and NRs should start coming from everywhere as implied by the 27 PDAs.
