Is feasting on TEI like I've never seen before . Huge board lots . This is going to be fun for all of us to watch. Some one has very deep pockets full of cash . All we need now is a contract . You'd almost think there is a leak . Or maybe they are just buying on a whim . Nah !

258,500 shares. Just under $70K, $69795 , let's be realistic it's a car for some people. No leak, No whim. Just desire to make good money with a great deal of safety.

No, I haven't . I do know that TEI is trading at .28 at the moment . SH is slow AF .
