Loan and outside operationsThe Company has announced that effective midnight July 29, 2020, the state of Washington’s new rules on COVID-19 restrictions changed to include prohibition of indoor operations (other than restaurant) at Washington state’s cardrooms. Those new rules do allow cardrooms to operate outdoors under tents. The company is working to secure equipment, power, and permits necessary to reestablish operations outside, and expects that it will take 2-3 weeks before operations reopen. The effect of this change on revenue and expenses cannot be accurately predicted. Also, the Company has been approved for US$6.1 million in payroll protection loans under the US governments federal “PPP” program that provides payroll relief to businesses affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
