The Fund does not seek to achieve its stated investment objective for a period of time different than a trading day. The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in financial instruments, such as swap agreements, and securities of the index, ETFs that track the index and other financial instruments that provide daily leveraged exposure to the index or ETFs that track the index. The index measures the performance of approximately 2,000 small-capitalization companies in the Russell 3000 Index, based on a combination of their market capitalization and current index membership. The fund is non-diversified.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Would shareholders be upset with $0.70 buyout?Very disappointed with this offer price.  I've owned it since 2015.  This is my 3rd largest holding and I have spoken to Len Libin on many occasions.  I think a few posters on this forum are correct that a fair price would be around $1.00/share, based on its earnings and net-cash.

Management got greedy last time and couldn't consummate the deal when Maverick was buying everything up. .  Now they've gone the entirely opposite direction and are showing desperation. As one poster has said, they will need the majority of the minority to close this deal.  Hopefully someone else will step in and buy the company.  Not a done deal yet.
